I’ve just put a simple advent calendar block on my personal site’s Home page (see link in my signature here).

It’s just a basic kiwitrees module that needs to be uploaded, enabled, then added to the Home page like any other block. Each day during December a new ‘window’ will become available, and display a short genealogy tip, funny quote, or interesting link.

If anyone wants to use it just let me know and I’ll gladly supply it. It won’t be included in the ‘official’ kiwitrees code though.
