Im getting a total white page after upgrading!
It is down for maintaince. Clicked at homepage after upload!
In left corner it gave a menu failure and login/language menu were gone. Had to use browser back to come back. After clearing cache then white page!

It is all looking OK to me.

Did you fully remove all custom modules, custom files etc before upgrading?
Did you then test the site before fixing and then putting them back after the upgrade?

I wouldn’t do that. It looks like a minor error in some old code that should not still be there to me. The database has been changed, so your backup might be worse.

I can only see the page with chrome – not Edge or firefox (and YES I did cleared the browser – several times)

Ah I know why I can only see it with chrome. BC my language with this browser is not danish. Try to swicth language and you will see what I see

Using FireFox I agree there is just a white page. But, using “developer tools” (f12) I see the error message:

[HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden 1047ms]

This is exactly as described in the upgrade instructions. You have (at least) one custom file that should have been removed and was not, or that has not had “WT_WEBTREES” correctly changed to “WT_KIWITREES”.

ah I have some user defined copies of the modules. Must be those!

No I did not have those. I only have problem with danish language and in english after I deleted modules in the module list (which I can only access if the language is english – my user is danish – the reason for the white page) I get these errors:

That looks like something wrong with the options set for Fancyimage bar. Try disabling that module (in Admin > Modules > Manage modules) and see if the error disappears.

Don’t confuse the two issues.

The white page is caused by a custom file that needs removing or fixing as described above. It seems likely it is in a file only called when a Dutch user views the site, which should help you find it.

The error message “ERROR 2: ILLEGAL OFFSET TYPE” etc is caused by an issue with your fancyimagebar settings (we can look at that later).
