    Some users have reported experiencing unexpected logouts, particularly while editing various records. If you experience similar issues, check your server logs (not the kiwitrees admin log). It will have an error message similar to thes:

    AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant “KT_USER_ID” in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxxxxx/httpdocs/includes/session.php:366

    I am aware of the problem, and, broadly speaking, where the problem is.

    I hope to publish a fix for it here within the next few days.

    The fix for this error involves updating 5 files. The attached zip folder contains all of these, in their respective sub-folders. Hopefully this format will help you to upload these files to your server, into the correct locations. Note that in every case these files replace existing ones of the same name, so if you don’t have that in each case you might be putting a file in the wrong place!

    If you downloaded the above fix between 17 and 20 Feb 2022, please download it again. There was an amended file missing from that zip folder.
