    NIgel:

    1. Some of the widget configurations allow for the use of scroll bars. That function doesn’t appear to be working.

    2. Some widget actions throw the user unexpectedly back to the Home page. As an example, deleting a journal widget entry.

That is correct. I chose not to restrict the height of any of the widgets, so the scroll bars become irrelevant. However I left the option in each config in case it became preferable to put scrolling back into operation. I personally prefer not to have scrolling in the widget side-bar. I feel it makes the whole thing messy, and promotes the use of too many widgets. But I’m open to alternative views, of course.

Thanks. That’s not a feature I’ve ever used so didn’t test it thoroughly enough obviously. Could you raise a bug for this one please.

    Nigel:

I agree that the scroll feature is inappropriate for a widget. Probably should just remove the option and be done with it. Because of available screen real estate, users will just have to use some restraint in adding things to those widgets

The Journal is not a widget I normally would use either but was just testing it. I remember seeing some other instances of the same behavior and will check those out before raising a bug.

    Thanks.

Thanks for adding the bug report. I have now fixed both the favourites and journal widgets ready for the next release.
