    At source list we have media and shared note columns. And all these are empty in my list. But I actually do have media and shared notes linked to many of these sources! At shared note list I can see the source linked to the note but not opposite

    But that is not what this list shows. Those columns are records that have the source linked to them, not the other way round. So in each column:

    Individuals – how many individual records contain this source.
    Families – how many individual records contain this source.
    Media objects – how many media records contain this source.
    Shared notes – how many shared note contain this source.

    It is fairly unusual to add a source to a media or note record, but you can.

    You are telling me if I have one media or one share note linked to a source it should be shown at the source list with the numbers?

    I have a source like this:
    1 ABBR Ørding
    1 TITL Kirkebog-Ørding sogn, Morsø Sønder Herred, Thisted Amt
    1 TEXT 7990 Øster Assels, Morsø Kommune, Region Nordjylland
    1 AUTH Statens Arkiver
    1 PUBL Akivalier Online
    1 OBJE @M748@
    1 REPO @R3@

    And in the list the column is marked with 0

    NO.

    I am saying if you have a source linked to a media object then it will be counted in the “Media objects” column of the source list. Attached is an example of a source linked to a media object:

    Here is the GEDCOM data for that media object:

    Okay got it!

    It is the media that has the control not the source! Lucky me that I can do opposite since I have the source as churchbook with an image of the church!
