But, how do I take an existing child record and an existing parent record and create a one-parent family? ----- [updated: 31Dec2022] MacOS: 10.15.7 (Catalina) Safari 14.1.2; Firefox 108.0.1 (64-bit); 108.0.1462.54 (Official build) (x86_64) Alter-Drukarsh connections | The Garelick: 3.3.11b - PHP 8.0 FastCGI - mySQL 8. kiwi 16th September 2015 at 4:21 pm #5325 You can’t exactly do that. It’s always been regarded as simpler (than the necessary coding) to create a one-parent family by creating a new child, then merge that child with the existing one afterwards.
