I have upgraded to 3.3.3 and went to add a news item but could not scroll down to reach the ADD ITEM link.
Had to delete previous entries to be able to do so.
(Just as well maybe since they had become olds not news) -
You are right. Somehow missing from that module.
Fix is to replace the file /modules_v4/gedcom_news/module.php with the one in the attached zip folder.
This will add a configuration option on the block to “Add scrollbar …..”
