    I added an image last night, set Highlight to NO. When I visited the page, notice the image is highlighted image.

    seems to be isolated image so will explore further.

    Let me know when you track down the case, just in case it is a bug somewhere.

    Have you checked the raw GEDCOM data for both the image and the record it is attached to?
