    Nigel:

All the Google Maps functions on my new local 3.3.0 install result in the map starting to load and then going to the attached screen.

Apparently sometime in March, Google Maps started requiring an API Key for new installs. On my new install the Chrome error for Google Maps without an API Key looks like this:

“maps.google.com/maps-api-v3/api/js/27/12/util.js:210 Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys”

Got 2 API Keys from Google Maps; one restricted and one non-restricted. Both resulted in the same thing and with the following error:

“js:34 Google Maps API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error”

Google indicated it takes about 5 minutes for activation but the error continues way after that.

    Any ideas?

Disregard my earlier posting. Google maps now does require an API Key but somehow if missed a step in getting it activated. Working fine now.
