In the new 3.2.3 version, when I cilck on a tab I can’t see the configuration under the tab. I only see a save button. Setting the language to english I see all the configurations. Only the General tab in dutch is good.

That’s very strange. I’ve just checked on my development site and see the same. The problem seems to be unique to the Dutch language. All other languages are fine. I’ll investigate further.

I have found the problem. It is VERY tiny mistake in one Dutch translation – the inclusion of an apostrophe where there should not be one.
You have this text (part of line 314):
GUID in deze context is een acroniem voor «Globaal Unieke ID». GUID's zijn bedoeld om elke persoon vaker te kunnen identificeren,
It should be
GUID in deze context is een acroniem voor «Globaal Unieke ID». GUIDs zijn bedoeld om elke persoon vaker te kunnen identificeren,
or, if the apostrophe is necessary in Dutch:
GUID in deze context is een acroniem voor «Globaal Unieke ID». GUID\'s zijn bedoeld om elke persoon vaker te kunnen identificeren,
If you would like to change it in Transifex I will add a replacement .mo file here.
