<span dir=”auto”>A20214</span> and family: clicked on tab Families and no display; tried other family members, same thing. Other records so far are okay.
Looked at Admin > logs and see two consistent errors that may/may not be relevant. (timing is off; listing from Nov 5 to today)

Unfortunately “timing is off” in a log means the error has nothing to do with the problem, and never will have.
If there is a problem, the error message will / must match the time the error occurred (i.e. when you tried to display that Families tab) EXACTLY. If you don’t see a matching timed error in the kiwitrees logs, then the next recourse is usually the server error logs.
Alternatives might be the browser’s ‘developer tools’, or the page ‘source’, again in the browser.
