    To make some space at my server I moved some media files and made those as external instead. These files do not contain any danish letters or special marks. Ex. johnsen.wmv or jaconelli.wmv (still playable from kiwitrees as it was before when placed at same server)

    But I get the same error like it did contain “not allowed chars”.

    DataTables warning: table id=media-table-c8bd8033df2702362c0b1377a83b0d48 – Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/1

    Nothing to do with “not allowed chars”. That is a definite “oops!” 🙂 A piece of debug code that should not be there.

    In the file kiwitrees/admin_media.php you will find that line 201 is:

    echo $iSortingCols;

    Simply delete that line and your problem will be solved Sorry about that. It does show how few people use external media I guess!

    Hehe true. Not the way I wanted either! But the movies are actually good to have as external. Thank you! It is working 🙂
