    Just noticed when I entered a date of death, the help popup that gives hints of how to enter dates isn’t there. In fact, don’t think I’ve seen a lot of the help popups.

    Oops! Not exactly intentional, but perhaps a bit Freudian. I was experimenting with a different way to display help in my ongoing battle against pop-ups. Looks like I accidentally left a line of code off when I cancelled the idea.
    Interesting that no-one else has commented. I often wonder if anyone actually uses them 🙂

    I’ll add a replacement file here tomorrow.

    My thought, at present is to replace help pop-ups in two ways.
    1 – where practical display it openly on the page. I’ve already done that in a few places. Can only be done where help is a brief paragraph.
    2 – replace pop-ups with an opening panel below the relevant data entry area, by clicking the same help icon as currently.

    Replacement file attached.

    Unzip and place contained file functions_edit.php in /includes/functions/ folder, replacing version already there.

    Thanks. They’re back….. The overwrite was already a fix so assume this one is cumulative.

    I think the DATE help is the one I use most and like it as pop-up. Seen some that drop open on mouse over so you have to be careful not to move mouse away.
