Hi Jason.
Yes, you can skip 3.0.0. But do read the upgrade instructions for that version carefully.
It’s not that there are any issues with the upgrade itself, that’s just a normal copy / replace, but the changes to the GUI mean you will have a few initial problems accessing some or all of your site. The tips in the upgrade instructions should help you get round those OK though.
If you get stuck anywhere just get in touch. I’m going out now for a couple of hours, but then will be fully available for any assistance needed.

Thanks Nigel. I have changed a few modules but can’t work out which one is the offender here. Does this give us any clues? The page is http://tree.potts.net.au

I ang look just now, but the error message “More than one theme with the same name: xenea” sounds fairly clear. Check the themes folder.

Now that I’m back….
The two copies of xenea might not mean two with the folder name “xenea” but two with the same reference to it in their theme.php file. Perhaps you created a new theme copied from xenea?

Thanks Nigel. That’s fixed.
I created my own story modules in the menu one for Gregg, Potts and Starritt each. I have added the code to their module files but I am still getting the error as follows. Any clues here?
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PUBLIC in /home14/pottsne/public_html/tree_new/modules_v3/Gregg/module.php on line 26
Fatal error: Call to a member function getClientIp() on a non-object in /home14/pottsne/public_html/tree_new/includes/session.php(327) : runtime-created function on line 1

Can’t telling much from that. Send me the Gregg module referred to there. I’ll test it tomorrow. These things are usually very minor.
