    Started over.

    New subdomain (temp): mysqlalters.rbcsolutions.ca | user: kiwi – reset password

    I have completely started over. Did GEDCOM family tree for first 1,051 people. NO IMAGES (those will eventually come). Re-creating Facts, Events, Sources.

    Tried to ad 1 FACT and it doesn’t appear in GUI, only GEDCOM.

    Reset password didn’t work. No email received. Possible issues:

    1. Did you add correct email address to user “kiwi”?
    2. Are your mail settings correct? – Compare with your original site.

    Most likely you didn’t look far enough. In the drop down list it is called (in English) “Custom fact”. It and “Custom event” are always listed at the very bottom of the list, not in the alphabetical order the others use. This puts them in same place for all languages to avoid translation confusion, and means they always exist even if not selected in admin “Edit options”.

    Oops! Indeed I did not setup email as no one except myself (and you) will allowed in. Will fix. And send internal message to you

    I do have the two in the “All” dropdown menu and again tried 1 FACT. FACT shows in the raw GEDCOM but not the GUI interface. Weird.

    Can you post a screenshot of the raw GEDCOM that shows the FACT that is missing on the gui.
