    Actually nothing to do with MySQL of any version, but I can see that “images_sql might make you think it was. I can”t think when but I have already fixed this, but I don’t appear to have provided a fixed file.

    But now you can download and install the attached module.php into the /modules_v4/fancy_imagebar/ folder.
