I’ve just looked at your site on my iPhone, using Safari. That’s generally a good representation of a MAC. It looks fine to me.

Top left of your site is an HTML block. I can’t think of anything that would cause that not to load on any device.

Ensure you get a screen dump of her Home page when you talk to her.
