That’s no surprise. Your problem doesn’t show that error message does it?

If it works with your other one (Tudor), and there are no error messages, and I can’t reproduce it, I can’t help.
Do you want to send me your Gedcom file? Then I can see if it works on my system. If it does then the problem is server related.
