Again, this is covered in the upgrade instructions:

Once your site upgrade finishes do not forget to
– clear and refresh your browser cache (so any display style changes are actioned)
– review your Administration > Modules > Manage modules list and delete the ones highlighted in red (Click on the red text to delete). These are modules no longer required , and this time there will be a large number of them!
