When I get the “backup” module finished I will write an FAQ for it. AT the same time I will include some ideas on a more traditional full-site backup. There is a very simply way to do it with Dropbox (and probably OneDrive, Google Drive etc) that doesn’t need a special module at all. I think it will cover everything you need.
