    I’ assume the purpose of Resources > changes report is so I can select a date or date range and produce all records that show the Last Change date within that period.

    For example I want to verify all records I modified today as I missed entering some. I expected to enter 10 May 2016 to 11 May 2016 and have all show. Sort by time so that the latest are on top and I can select the 22:00 May 10 to say 19:00 May 11 which allows for the 3 hour difference.
