Was just looking at the Admin Panel > Changes. The times noted are correct. Hence my raising this again. How can the 3 times be reading my server and be incorrect but the Change Log be correct? No purpose displaying incorrect times.

Server time — May 11, 2016 – 9:25:38 p.m. >>> THIS S/B 4.25 PM
Client time — May 11, 2016 – 7:25:38 a.m. >>>> THIS S/B 7.25 PM
UTC — May 11, 2016 – 4:25:38 p.m >> no idea what this should be
