If the module is enabled it will display all existing stories in Administration > Tools > Stories.

I don’t think it’s possible for them to exist in the database and NOT show there, but to be certain look in the DB, table xx_module_settings xx_block_settings. Search for items with ‘setting name’ = ‘story_body’
