Sincere apologies for wasting your time. Please ignore all or at least most of my replies above. I really must stop trying to answer questions from memory, on my iphone, before breakfast!

I did plan on removing those links, but never followed through with the change, so you are right they do not work.

I can fix it, but it is complicated. I still wonder whether it’s worth the effort.

Any opinions?
