That suggests only two possibilities:

1. Did update to kiwitrees 3.3.11 work correctly and fully on your A-D site?  Try uploading the files again?
2. There is something wrong with the mail server connected to your A-D site. Check with your web host. Can you send any other emails within your AoD site? Try sending one to my user account on the site.
