That sounds like the correct solution to me.

No, I changed it FROM pop-ups to opening edit windows in new tabs. So the solution given sounds like it is now working as intended. When you click ‘save’ after an edit that tab should close, your are then back to the original tab, which should refresh to show the updated information.
