Just re-reading your query has reminded me that there is an alternative solution that might work better for you, as you indicated your ultimate goal was to create a PDF version to read in an iPod.

Does your web browser have a “save as PDF” option when you go to print something? I know that (for Windows OS) Chrome does. Firefox doesn’t but Microsoft does include a PDF print driver that you can use. If yours (presumably still Apple) then there are free PDF writers that can be installed that would work.

Using any of these, simply use your browser to print to PDF. For all of the reports that should produce a reasonable facsimile of the on-screen result direct to PDF for you.

Attached is a small sample of the result based on your Place / Burial requirements.
